Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to the games that Harald Fritz publishes under the name uladen ("we", "us"), currently Diceheim for Android and its browser version at diceheim.uladen.com. By installing or playing a game, you accept these terms. If you download a game from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply to the download.

1. Free to play

Diceheim is free. It has no in-app purchases and no ads, and you need no account.

2. Your licence

We grant you a free, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and play the game for your own, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. We may end this right if you seriously breach these terms.

3. Screenshots and videos

You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your games, also on channels that earn money, such as YouTube or Twitch. Please do not give the impression that you are us or that we support you.

4. What you may not do

5. Rights in the game

The game, its name and logo, its graphics, music, sounds and texts are ours or are used by us under licence. Diceheim also contains open-source software and fonts under their own licences, in particular the Godot Engine (MIT licence) and the fonts Lilita One and Nunito (SIL Open Font License 1.1). Their licence texts are in the game under Settings → About Diceheim. For these parts, their own licences take precedence over these terms.

6. Your saved games

Your progress is stored only on your device or in your browser; there is no cloud save. We cannot restore it if it is lost, for example when you uninstall the app, clear the app's storage or your browser data, or move to a new device.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the game, for example to fix errors, change the balance, or add or remove content. We may also stop offering the game or the browser version. We try to keep the game working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or that it will run on every device and in every browser. The browser version needs an internet connection to load; the Android app runs offline.

8. Liability

We provide the game free of charge. We are liable without limitation for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. We are not liable for damage caused by slight negligence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, for example the law on product liability. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when a game gets new features. We publish the new version on this page with its date. It applies to versions of the game released after the change and does not affect claims that arose before.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

11. Final provisions

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions remain valid.
